You cannot usually plug IP cameras into an old analogue recorder and expect them to work. On many sites we can use a hybrid recorder, keep analogue cameras that still do a job, and add IP cameras in stages. We look at what you have before recommending a full swap-out.

We specify Axis, Milestone, Ava and Hanwha as standard, and other partners where the site needs them. The right manufacturer depends on the job, not a logo on the homepage.

Yes, if the system is set up for remote access and has a working connection. We can enable this on new installs and on many existing systems, with the right logins and security in place.

Yes. Maintenance is a core part of how we work — a camera that is not recording is not a security system. Email a short description of what you have and we will come back with how we would look after it.

Yes. Default passwords, old firmware and open remote access are common. We harden the systems we install, and we can audit existing CCTV and access kit and tell you what needs to change.
